Being a birth keeper means to hold a woman as she goes to the absolute brim of what she thinks she is capable of and to look her in the eyes without a glimmer of doubt and tell her “Yes, you can.”

I am proud to say I devote my life to walking alongside women as they journey into this sacred unknown.

My bones hold the stories of all the births I’ve witnessed.

My ears hear the hidden messages within a birthing mother’s moans.

My hands are used to comfort and are my greatest tool.

I will teach you, yet more so you will teach me.

I am a woman, and I hold space for women as they dissolve and transform, just as we have been doing since the beginning of time.

Full Spectrum Doula Services

  • Be fully cared for—mind, body, and soul—throughout your pregnancy and birth. Choosing to have a birth doula honors the huge transformation of spirit that is taking place. In our prenatal visits we will go over your birth plan, I will answer any questions that arise, and you will prepare for a gentle birth.

  • Postpartum is a sacred and tender time, a time to bond with your baby, rest, replenish, and heal. As a postpartum doula, I care for you as you care for your little one. My support includes processing your birth, breastfeeding support, tidying, and caring for your baby while you take that well-earned shower and nap. Traditions around the world acknowledge the importance of this delicate time and weave postpartum care into all new mothers' recovery.

  • A doula who meets you where you are. Virtual support can make a huge difference with navigating your birth plan, informed decision making, childbirth education, and receiving the support that nourishes you and your growing babe all from the comfort of your home. This is a great service if you are desiring more support and education along your journey.
