For support, for comfort, to whisper words of encouragement, and to hold a protected space of prayer.

I am sensitive and highly attuned to listen to your cues.

I’ll rub your back, make sure you’re hydrated, and tell you how f***ing amazing you are if, for a moment, you start to forget.

Chances are it’s gonna get messy, it’s going to be hard, and we may bust up laughing with how wild the whole thing is.

It’s raw and unpredictable, and as your doula, I’m there 100% to go on the journey with you.

Prenatal Guidance

Informative support to prepare you physically and emotionally for your birth journey. This is when we get to know each other and form a relationship. We will tailor your care to you and navigate all the nuances together. There is so much to learn during pregnancy, and for birth, this is where a compassionate doula can make a huge difference. I will be available via phone or text throughout your pregnancy. Prenatal care includes:

  • Initial visit (virtual or phone)

  • 1 home visit at 36 weeks

  • 1 last check in visit before the your birth either in person or virtual

Labor Assistance

Having someone on your team for pure support and comfort can be a game changer, especially if you are planning for an unmedicated birth. I will help you navigate any unexpected moments that may arise and be a solid pillar of support. I come with a bag of tricks to help comfort you and make the birth space nice and cozy. Labor support includes:

  • On call for you starting at 38 weeks

  • Continuous labor support

  • Help navigating various situations that may arise

  • 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum care

  • Partner support and guidance

Postpartum Care

Postpartum is a tender time to be protected and cared for deeply. It’s a time to bond and get to know all the precious subtleties of your baby. Postpartum support is deeply needed to give your body and soul the time to adjust to motherhood. The sacred birth package includes one 2-hour visit This care can look like many things depending on your needs, and may include:

  • Processing your birth story

  • Support with breastfeeding

  • Referrals if needed

  • Newborn care

  • Light house cleaning

  • Cooking

What’s covered by insurance?

  • One 90-minute intake and planning session.

  • Up to eight standard visits split between prenatal and postpartum needs.

  • Continuous labor and delivery support for vaginal and cesarean births.

  • Up to two extended 3-hour post-birth home or community visits.

  • Up to nine additional postpartum visits with a written recommendation from a licensed physician or health provider (such as your OB-GYN or midwife).

  • Dedicated support during or following a miscarriage or abortion
